  • Incorporate Functional Storage Solutions

One of the challenges of maintaining a play area is keeping toys, games, and equipment organized. Adding functional storage solutions will ensure the area remains clutter-free and accessible. Here are a few tips:

    • Use Toy Bins and Storage Cubes: Store smaller toys in bins with easy access lids to encourage kids to clean up after themselves.
    • Shelves for Outdoor Equipment: For larger toys or outdoor equipment, consider weatherproof storage sheds or shelves.
    • Hanging Storage for Play Items: Hanging baskets or hooks can be used to store jump ropes, sports balls, or other accessories.

The key is to make sure everything has a place and that children are encouraged to participate in tidying up after playtime.

  • Why choose a professional gym lawn?

Why choose a professional gym lawn?
    1. A foot feel comparable to natural lawns, surpassing outdoor stability
Using food grade PE material and innovative biomimetic grass silk technology, our gym lawn perfectly replicates the softness and elasticity of natural grass. Each strand of grass undergoes 3000 abrasion tests to ensure stable shape during high-intensity training, avoiding the rigid feedback of traditional rubber mats and making functional training, core training, and stretching exercises more in line with human mechanics.
    2. Born for diverse training scenarios
Whether you are a CrossFit gym owner, functional training studio operator, or comprehensive gym manager, this lawn can seamlessly adapt to:
Buffer protection during training with equipment such as kettlebells and medicine balls
Anti slip and stable surfaces required for yoga and Pilates
Rapid Movement Support for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Safe interactive space for group courses
    3. Maintenance advantages over traditional ground
Compared to the watering and trimming costs of natural lawns, as well as the regular replacement needs of ordinary floor mats, our gym lawn:
Zero watering, zero fertilization, saving 80% of maintenance costs
Anti pollution and dirt resistant surface, the cleaning agent can wipe it clean immediately
Anti UV aging treatment, with a service life of up to 8 years

  • How to choose a pickleball court (or build the perfect court)

    1. Location: Community courts need easy access; private courts need space that suits your needs.

    2. Venue: We’ll work with you to select the most suitable court plan based on your chosen venue and budget.

    3. We customize your courts.

As a professional manufacturer, we specialize in providing customized solutions to meet your unique needs:

Course Surface: Our courts utilize five different materials (Jinkai surface layer + outdoor-specific transparent film + dense pressure-resistant layer, etc.) to enhance joint comfort and weather resistance, allowing for year-round use. We’ll even coordinate court colors to suit your brand or space aesthetic.

    Why choose us?

We understand our customers’ preferences—from court standards to local climate factors (for example, requiring a durable surface that can withstand rain or extreme heat). High-Quality Materials: We use durable, low-maintenance materials that can withstand high-intensity play and weather conditions.

Free Design: Tell us your vision (size, style, features), and we’ll create the perfect court for you.

Pickleball is fun, social, and healthy—and our custom-made courts are designed to give you the best of both worlds. Whether you’re a community member looking to gather with family and friends, or a homeowner seeking a backyard playground, we’re ready to build the perfect pickleball court for you.

  • Are there Pikachu-style pickleball courts?

Pickleball has become one of the fastest-growing sports, attracting people of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a community resident looking to add new amenities or a homeowner seeking a private playground, quality courts are key—and we at Shuangzhu are ready to help.

    Why is pickleball so popular?

    1. It’s accessible to all ages.

Younger players crave its fast-paced pace (which blends elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis), while older players appreciate its low-impact design (smaller courts = less running, slower ball speeds).

The number of players in the United States has jumped from approximately 482,000 (2021) to over 48.3 million (2023), proving the cross-generational appeal of pickleball.

    2. A growing tournament and community.

Professional tours offer high purses, attracting global talent; local clubs host amateur leagues, fostering competition and camaraderie. Well-maintained courts are the cornerstone of this vibrant community. Media and social media buzz

    3. Professional games are being broadcast live on TV, and Instagram and TikTok are flooded with pickleball-related content (techniques, highlights). As more and more people join the game, the demand for high-quality courts is growing.

We not only provided the materials but also customized it to the unique needs of the client’s area. We sent him three turf samples so he could choose the perfect soccer field. Our turf also includes a drainage layer to handle heavy afternoon rains, and we even shared a simplified installation guide with the client. “You listened carefully to our real needs, and I’m sure the kids will be pleasantly surprised when school starts,” said a client.

We create soccer, basketball, badminton, and other materials to suit your climate, style, and budget for schools, parks, and community centers around the world. • How our playground building materials helped bring this school’s vision to life?

When this client contacted us, they had a clear goal: to upgrade their aging playground into a space capable of withstanding the state’s scorching summer heat, sudden thunderstorms, and accommodating hundreds of children daily.

Just recently, they sent us a feedback video that delighted our team—it showcased the final field created using our full suite of materials: a durable, durable running track, a custom green artificial soccer field, and an easy-to-maintain basketball court floor.

“It’s a world of difference,” the client told us. “Last summer, our old track was too hot for the kids to play on—but now, it stays cool in the sun, and even with daily use, there’s not a crack in sight.” He then panned his camera to capture the soccer field’s turf, its beautiful, natural color. “I thought it was real grass at first! It’s soft enough to roll on, yet firm enough—we’ll have soccer games every weekend, and I’m sure the kids will love it!” The basketball court also received praise: “It’s been raining lightly the past couple of days, but the surface is still very non-slip, allowing the kids to play safely even in the rain. It only takes us a few minutes to wipe off the mud. We really appreciate your team’s design and dedication!”

  • The low maintenance lawn creates the ideal area for children

“The installation was much quicker than expected, and provided a wonderful surprise for our children when they came back after their half term break.

“We are now able to teach children road safety using this fun and bright teaching aid that can be used in all weathers.”
Molly Arnold, Project Co-ordinator for LazyLawn® said: “We are proud to have added to Brooke Hill Academy’s outdoor space, and we are finding more schools are interested in getting a LazyLawn® for themselves.

“The low maintenance lawn creates the ideal area for children to play on all year round. Standing the pressure of lots of use, the area is also low-slip, with no muddy mess and no surface burns, unlike older style artificial turf.”

  • In fact an increasing number of schools and educational establishments up

This isn’t the first school in Rutland to have transformed an under used, outside area into something more useful and entertaining. In 2016 Langham Primary School and in 2013 Cottesmore’s St Nicolas Primary and Nursery School commissioned LazyLawn to install a similar roadway as did Whissendine Primary School the following year.

In fact an increasing number of schools and educational establishments up and down the country are opting to swap traditional surfaces for LazyLawn® because of the varied and innovative applications as well as its soft texture and longevity.

Other similar installations have even included applying LazyLawn® to the walls of a classroom in order to provide a sensory experience for Special Educational Needs pupils.

The Brooke Hill Academy project was funded by a sponsored jig, where a local dance teacher attended the school and parents, children and staff participated.

Richard Westley, Head of School at Brooke Hill Academy, said: “We were so impressed by the quality of LazyLawn® that we decided to get our own.

  • Fun lawn is way to road safety for Oakham children

Children in Oakham returned to school after half term recently to find a fun outdoor space ready for them to play on that also teaches them about road safety.

A previously hard, concrete area is now soft, interesting to play on and educational at Brooke Hill Academy thanks to LazyLawn®. The space is also safe to use come rain or shine, especially whist riding their scooters and trikes.

The UK’s leading supplier of artificial grass, which has its headquarters in nearby Market Overton, has installed the new play area at the Brooke Road school ahead of schedule and during half term in order to avoid disruption to the pupils.

80 square metres of Fun Grass and Wonder Yarn 26mm was used to create a bespoke mock road, with coloured grass for tarmac, white lines, a parking bay and a grass surround.

The result is an all-weather area designed to provide a setting for both playtime and outdoor learning.
